Why Vernier.
Meeting your needs
with solutions to your pain points.
This new ruling requires organizations, payers, and providers to have Patient Access APIs and provider directories that are using the new HL7 FHIR standard and are compatible to run on any commercial smart device. To build these required pieces from the ground up, CMS estimates this could cost organizations an average of 1.5 million dollars. The few systems serving this urgent need often have expensive implementation fees, costly monthly payments and still may require a subject matter expert to be hired to run the system.
Our Solution.
We know the Final Rule may feel like a very heavy lift, so we are here to alleviate that weight and keep it off. After implementation, there’s nothing more you must do. Our team manages everything inside of our platform to meet the Final Rule guidelines and maintain them – there is no extra work, no need for hiring subject matter experts, and no building of an expensive system internally.
Once implementation is complete, you’ll have a deployable Patient Access API, a provider directory and be HL7 FHIR compatible. And you’ll be ready and compliant within 90 days.
We also believe in transparency, so there are no hidden fees or surprise costs: one implementation fee and one monthly subscription fee.

You have a system for claims, a system for care management, a company that takes care of credentialling and another handling your provider portal. You’ve hired staff, or “subject matter experts,” to manage each system and company, and pay a salary to each of them. Each system comes with implementation fees, monthly costs, and occasionally the surprise expense increase.
Now, you may have all the platforms you need to run your organization, but now you also have a dozen silos of information and none of them can communicate with each other. This slows down your efficiency and hikes up your costs.
Our Solution.
We’ve created an end-to-end platform to be your nexus of operations and single source of truth. We believe in simplification through consolidation. We eliminate the silo method and unify all your operating necessities, crucial data, and actionable analytics under one umbrella. We’ve brought together all it takes to run your organization effectively, efficiently, and profitably into one platform.

Many systems are not flexible to how you run your organization – you must adapt to the way the system works; the system does not adapt to you. These platforms often come with features you don’t want, while lacking in features you do. There is no customization, you simply get what it is at whatever price tag it comes with.
This can leave users with an overly complex, unnecessary, and clunky system, or even multiple systems with the same problem. Platform A had everything except for a few functionalities that were critical, so now you are also paying for Platform B and Platform C to get those functions. Your team is spending time, resources, and money training staff to operate within this or all these systems. And the question becomes, are any of these systems making you more efficient and productive?
Our Solution.
We don’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach, but rather a “we fit you” methodology. Our goal was to create a platform that is flexible, agile, and adaptable to your organization’s unique way of operating. With this goal at the forefront, we created Vernier to be customizable to your needs so we can deliver the features you want – and nix the features you don’t. One platform fitting exactly who you are.
