More of their own data than most national carriers show members, in language they can use.
Coverage, ID card, benefits and accumulators, claims, prescriptions, labs and approvals. Every denial explained in plain English or Spanish, with an appealability triage and a drafted appeal letter. Secure messaging with a staffed desk behind it. A consent center for the apps a member chooses to share with.
Everything a member needs to understand their own coverage.
Each area below is built around a question members actually ask: what am I covered for, what did this visit cost me, why was this denied and what can I do about it, who can I see nearby, and who has access to my record.
Explainable, and it falls back safely.
Every AI feature in the member portal has a deterministic rules implementation that always runs. A language model, when configured, rewrites that output in better prose grounded in the same records. With no model key the portal is fully functional, which is also why the demo is reliable.
- Scope isolation: the assistant assembles its context from one member's records and cannot reach another's.
- Safety interrupts: certain topics hand off to a person rather than an answer.
- No AI call runs on a page render.
- Denial translation is a maintained dictionary, reviewed by people, in two languages.

In the demo, you see the portal as a member does: coverage, a denial explained, an appeal drafted, a record shared and the access log that follows.
