This notice covers the vernier.health marketing website only. Vernier applications deployed for clients are governed by the client's own privacy practices and the Business Associate Agreement between HALOS Systems and the client.
What this site collects
This site collects no protected health information and asks for none. If you request a demo, we collect the business contact details you enter (name, title, organization, work email, phone, state and your message) solely to respond to your request and to schedule and prepare for the conversation you asked for.
What this site does not do
We do not sell contact information. We do not place personal data in URLs. We do not use the information you send to train any model. Calculators and interactive elements on this site, where present, run in your browser and send nothing to us.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own. If web analytics are enabled in the future they will be configured to collect aggregate, non-identifying usage data, and this notice will be updated to say so.
Retention
Demo requests are retained for as long as there is an active business conversation and are deleted on request.
